HOT HIIT® is a beat-based training system that combines High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT), muscle toning, and cardio with the healing properties of infrared heat. All HOT HIIT® modalities burn fat and create long, lean muscles, with rapid results. They strengthen your core, improve circulation, and increase flexibility.
All HOT HIIT® modalities are performed on a yoga mat. Low impact modifications are given for each exercise and each class is taught with an emphasis on mindful movement.

Through consistent practice, you will gain health and flexibility and increase neuromuscular control. This will lead to good posture and strength throughout your body.

Here's what you need to know to help you get started:

Classes range from 40 - 55 minutes so you know you're getting a great workout in!

The "hot room" is heated to approximately 98 degrees, psst sweating is GOOD!

Wear light weight, form fitting clothes.

Bring a mat, large towel, and water bottle. However, if you forget or don't have those items, they are all available for rent or purchase at the studio.

Arrive 15 minutes early your first day so our staff can get you signed up. However, space is limited, it would be best to sign up in advance to save your spot.

Classes will start exactly on time.

Meet Monique Crous, Founder of HOT HIIT® and Leader in Heated Fitness

Monique Crous is a nationally certified NASM personal trainer and former Bikram Yoga instructor with over a decade of experience in the fitness world. She’s also the creator of HOT HIIT®, a groundbreaking series of high-intensity, low-impact workouts designed to be performed in a heated room.
​
In 2023, Monique opened HOT PHIIT® Darien, followed by HOT PHIIT® Greenwich in early 2024. Both studios are fully dedicated to the HOT HIIT® method and represent her commitment to helping clients achieve strength, endurance, and mobility in a supportive, results-driven environment.
​
Monique’s expertise extends far beyond the studio. She regularly leads international fitness and yoga retreats and has personally trained more than 100 certified HOT HIIT® instructors worldwide, making her a true authority in heated fitness training.

45 EXPRESS
Join the Sweat Express!
HOT HIIT® Express moves more quickly than the original class. Through this method of movement, you will get the most effective workout in only 45 minutes. Modifications are given
for each exercise, making it accessible to all fitness levels and ages.
CORE RESTORE
In this class, we connect to the whole core (both front and back) with breath work, focused core work, and tricky transitions between various postures. The focused flow of postures will restore length to the muscles and help to realign the whole body.

BARRE
Get ready to sweat in this low impact toning class.

Hot Barre incorporates light weights and small movements to sculpt every part of your body. We begin with an ab series warmup, then move on to upper body, lower body, and glutes. Each section is followed by stretching to lengthen your muscles.

STRENGTH N TONE 50

Step up your routine with this low impact, dumbbell focused class.
We start with a light warm up, then move on to a mix of light and heavy weights and stretching to tone, strengthen, and lengthen every part of your body. Combined with our FAR Infrared Heat, you’ll get the most unique and effective toning class of your life. See you in the hot room.
HOT HIIT®
PHIITLATES

This low impact, high intensity class delivers full body toning with an emphasis on the glutes and core. We combine classic Pilates exercises with light weights and bodyweight for maximum toning effects. The majority of the class is spent on the mat, with some standing exercises sprinkled in. See you on the mat!
